Our Aqua-Fit courses aim to mobilize and strengthen the musculoskeletal system in a gentle but effective way in the water.
We form small homogeneous groups according to age and/or performance level.

Circuit training for the back/ Spinal gymnastics
The 60-minute circuit training session (for strength, stamina and coordination) with our training equipment is designed to stabilized and strengthen the muscles and prevent or reduce back pain.
This group training is enhanced by music.
Unfortunately, the following courses CANNOT take place due to the current situation.
